To deliver free, fair, and accessible electoral services in a fiscally responsible manner by providing eligible voters the opportunity to cast their ballot and supporting political participants in accessing their rights and meeting their responsibilities.

To protect and foster the democratic rights of citizens through the conduct of free and fair elections, to enhance public confidence in and awareness of electoral processes and services, and to assist political participants to comply with legislation.
