Elections Manitoba

The financial officer of each registered party must file an election financial return with Elections Manitoba four months after election day. The return reports on the campaign period. The election return is in addition to the annual return filed by the party. For detailed information about what must be included in the election return, see section 62 of The Election Financing Act.

Registered parties qualify for reimbursement if their endorsed candidates, in total, receive a minimum of 10 % of the valid votes cast in the election.
